For a nice 'greasy spoon' there is a place called Bonnies opposite Tesco on Church Road. Reasonable on price.
Theres also a little place that seems to be coffee/book/video shop further down, which looks nice but I've never been in.
I'll give it a go and report back. _________________ www.thedesigntailor.com |

And if you just want a coffee, try the new little place on Church Road
Forgotten the name, but use to be the old video shop on the corner opposite Tesco's.
Great place for a quick cuppa, cheerful & friendly, and you can browse for pre loved books whilst you are there. |

Hi All
I just found a fantasitc place Pin Nic where they do real good breakfast £2.50 and after 12 noon do a roast dinner for £3.50 after any meal you get free access to the pool and beer is only £1.50lt. Admit5tidly you would have to come to Alvor - and I know some of you would be adverse to the 14 hours of sunshine each day.
Needless to say the pavement slabs are cracking in is ony 24c today with a dry wind, the locals say it will rain by Friday. I hope so I could do with a cool down and a reason to wear a long sleeve shirt, I did (on the off chance) bring a short brolly but no mac.
All the best for now, things will have changed a bit by the time I return, will it be for the better ?
I was so sorry to hear that one of our reside4nts did not get redeployed, nothing changes on that front, I just wonder which braanch of the P.C. brigade the person will come from who is appointed, no doubt it will NOT be a resident of Easton or the Barton Hill Area.
Ah well off to get an Ice Cream (home made - fantastic you can watch it being made through the window - tonight I may have Sole in Orange with Sala
Soon be the 5th April regretably |
